Lesson 8:
Today, Mr. Bach taught us a very special thing! He taught us how to play double notes on this piano! You had to play high notes at the same time as low notes, and then sometimes you had to play Middle C with a high or low note as well! Great work everyone!
Games and Improvisation were also a part of today’s wonderful class, and we also got to sit around and do some rhythm all together as a group! See you tomorrow!
Here is a fantastic activity sheet for you!
Lesson 16:
Today we played some more stepping songs with Miss Mendelssohn and we also took some time to practice our musical alphabet a little more. Remember, it goes A-B-C-D-E-F-G-A-B-C-D…. and on and on! Great work!
Let’s not forget that we also got to play some Games, go to the Improvisation Room, and had a great rhythm circle! See you tomorrow!
Here is an activity sheet for you!
Lesson 34:
Today we spent the lesson reviewing what we learnt yesterday. The Treble Clef is becoming a bit easier for you, so tomorrow we are going to tackle the Bass Clef. See you there!
Great job in the rhythm circle as well!
Piano Suite Level 2:
You spent some time practicing Farewell To Nova Scotia, and Let It Be. You are doing a great job with both of these pieces, but don’t forget to always count properly! A lot of the times, counting properly gives you more time to figure out the notes that are coming up next!
We also sat down and I showed you a great trick for improving your finger dexterity. Keep using the page you brought home and try writing out our own exercises on it! Great work. See you tomorrow!
